a) Days of Our Lives. I’ve been watching that show since I was in the WOMB, okay.
b) American Idol. I haven’t watched since Paula Abdul left because that show was about the panel, don’t deny it. She left and the family fell apart and she and Simon weren’t together anymore. But I grew up with that show. It was about music and singing and performing, things I’ve done since I was a little girl. It was about friendship, about the friends (and enemies) it made me online that transferred to real life. It was about love. It’s been sinking like the Titanic since August of 2009 (sans the season nine finale when Paula came back; that was fucking beautiful), but it’ll always have a special place in my heart.
c) Glee. Out of all of the television shows I actively watch right now, I think the one that my head is so wrapped in is this show. I’ve been a fan since the beginning and even though it’s morphing into a different show and it falters at time, even though it’s not perfect, it has me invested. Glee makes me believe in so many things, I just… I can’t even explain it properly. Also, I’m shipping the hell out of Kurt/Blaine right now. Oh my God, can Ryan Murphy stop being such a dick and just get them together already?
